So we are finally fully settled into the Holt House again. We have bought new art, framed old stuff, been to Costco, and rearranged the furniture. We are back.
The end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011 has been a rocky start. There has been a lot of loss both in our families and in those of people close to us. Слава, the hubs, was hit especially hard. If there has been a silver lining in all this, it is the fact that loosing people you love makes you grateful for the ones you still have.
In other news, we had a lovely Valentines day and I hope you all did too. Слава bought me cute little gifts and massage at a very fancy gym/spa in town. I, like a big jerk, got him nothing. I am going to have to find other ways to make up for it.
In the meantime I am going to try to start blogging again. I think the blog will find its' shape as we go and I hope you will join me.
